Can I upload multiple documents at once?

Yes, Closeout Pro allows you to upload multiple documents at the same time.

Simply go to the Attachments & Uploads section, click Upload, and select multiple files from your device. All selected files will be uploaded together and attached to the item.

wf_order	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check in which the order the tickets are filtered for custom ticket filters eg: due_by, agent_responded_at, requester_responded_at, etc.
wf_order_type	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
