How do I assign responsibility for closeout items?

1. To assign responsibility for a closeout item in Closeout Pro:

2. Go to your Project

3. Open the Closeout Items module

4. Create a new item or open an existing one

5. In the item details, select the Responsible Contractor

6. Choose the subcontractor

7. Click Save

Once assigned, the responsible user can view the item in their account and update its status.
