Warranty ticket status updates automatically based on the workflow: it starts as Pending, moves to In Progress, then Review, and can be Closed after review

wf_order_type	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
