Who can approve Closeout Items?

Closeout Items can be approved by users with the appropriate permissions, such as Project Admins, Project Managers, or designated approvers.

wf_order_type	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	closeoutpro.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
